We had such a wonderful time together as a Church family at Focus this year! It was such a blessing to join with churches from across the HTB network — united as one family on a mission.
Steve and Liz have a heart to see everyone from Church Crawley come along to Focus 2026 — and we’d love for you to be part of it!
To make it easier to plan ahead, we're offering a monthly payment option to help spread the cost over time, so it doesn’t all land at once when tickets go on sale.
While the official prices haven’t been released yet, we’ve put together an estimate based on previous years. These early bookings allow us to lock in the lower advance price, giving us the best price while giving time to save month by month. The price includes your ticket, camping fees, and parking. (If you’re staying offsite or not driving, no worries — you’ll be able to let us know on the sign-up form and we’ll adjust the cost accordingly.)
Estimated Prices:
- Adult – £290 (£32.20/month)
- Second Adult (same pitch) – £260 (£28.88/month)
- Child – £120 (£13.33/month)
- Youth/Student – £150 (£16.66/month)
This is based on 9 monthly payments, starting in October 2025, with the final payment in June 2026. Please note, the final cut of date is 23rd October to set up a Standing Order or Direct Debit.

When and Where is Focus 2026?
We’re heading to Newark Showground for Focus 2026, running from 23rd–26th July 2026.
It’s going to be an amazing time together as a Church family!
What happens if I miss a payment?
We totally understand that life happens. If you miss a payment, just drop us an email at accounts@churchcrawley.com – we’ll do our best to help you.
What if I need to access my money?
If your circumstances change and you need to access the money you’ve paid in, please email accounts@churchcrawley.com.
Just a heads up — this would mean you'd need to organise a separate way to buy your Focus ticket.
What else do I need to budget for?
The payment plan covers your ticket, camping, and parking.
There are just a couple of additional things to think about:
- Transport to Newark Showground (we may be able to car-share or organise lifts!)
- Meals – We’ll be offering a meal deal so we can eat together (more details to come). Lunch is not included, so you may want to bring your own or budget for on-site food.
What happens next?
Once you have completed the form you will receive an email from our finance team outlining the payment plan. There will be a QR Code that will direct you to set up a direct debit.
I’ve never camped before – help!
No problem at all – you’re not alone!
Here are a few helpful tips:
- Keep an eye out for sales on camping gear in the coming months.
- Ask around! Friends, neighbours, or church family may have spare equipment you can borrow.
- Car boot sales are always a great shout!
- We’ll share a handy camping checklist soon to help you prepare.
