Team: Social Action – Love Your Neighbour
Location: Based at the Saxonbrook Medical Northgate Surgery, Crawley, with travel to other surgeries or locations locally, as required
Working hours: 21 hours per week (3 days); flexibility required to support patients during the practice hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm. Potential job share
Contract: Fixed Term, 24 months; 6 months probationary period
Salary: £19,616 per annum pro rata for part-time hours

Role context
We are looking for a compassionate, reflective and skilled Chaplain for Wellbeing to join our established Listening and Guidance Service.
Commissioned by Saxonbrook Medical and delivered through Love Your Neighbour, this unique service is embedded within primary care, providing personalised emotional, pastoral and spiritual support to people facing life's challenges.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a well-established team while helping to shape the next stage of the service as it expands to support children and young people, alongside adults.
